We are a family project rooted in the land of La Torre de l'Espanyol, where entire generations have farmed with respect and patience. On our estate among centuries-old olive trees, we produce our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and care for bees, fruit trees, and the vegetable garden as part of the same living ecosystem.
At Les Seviques, we practice regenerative agriculture because we believe in a model that produces while simultaneously regenerating: living soil, biodiversity, and natural balance. We work without agrochemicals, without tilling the land, and in harmony with the rhythms of nature.
