We are a family project rooted in the land of Torre de l'Espanyol, where entire generations have cultivated with respect and patience. On the slopes of La Mutxola, among ancient olive trees, we produce our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and care for bees, fruit trees, and the garden as part of the same living ecosystem.
At Les Seviques, we practice regenerative agriculture because we believe in a model that produces and, at the same time, regenerates: living soil, biodiversity, and natural balance. We work without agrochemicals, without tilling the land, and in harmony with the rhythms of nature.
