1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

LES SEVIQUES S.L.U. will be responsible for processing the personal data of individuals who have created a profile on any of its social networks, and this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), providing the following processing information:

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and LES SEVIQUES S.L.U. (hereinafter the CONTROLLER), which may include the following operations:

  • Processing requests and inquiries made to the controller
  • Informing about activities and events organized by the controller
  • Informing about products or services offered by the controller
  • Interacting through official profiles

When the CONTROLLER collects and processes personal data through its social networks, USERS will be informed about the purpose of data collection, as well as their rights regarding their personal data. Personal data will be used only for the stated purposes and will be kept secure.

Legal Basis for Processing: the explicit consent granted by the USER for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR).

Furthermore, the USER can at any time access the privacy policies of the social network itself, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

How long will we store your personal data?

Data retention criteria: Data will be retained as long as the USER does not revoke the consent given as indicated in this privacy policy.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

Data communication: the information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER's social media, including their personal data, may be published, always depending on the services the USER uses, so it may be publicly available to other third-party social media users. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure what information they want to make public in each case, view the permissions that have been granted, delete or deactivate them, like any third-party application that is no longer desired to be used.

However, no communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is foreseen, unless it is essential for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

Rights of the USER: These can only be exercised in relation to information under the control of the CONTROLLER.

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right to access, rectify, portability, and erasure of your data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. PROFILE USAGE

The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:

  • Access to the public information of the profile.
  • Publication on the USER's profile of all information already published on the CONTROLLER's social network.
  • Sending personal and individual messages through the social network's channels.
  • Updates to the page status which will be published on the USER's profile.

The USER can always control their connections, delete content they are no longer interested in, and restrict who they share their connections with; to do so, they must access their settings where they will find different configuration options regarding the degree of privacy of the user profile on the social network.

3. POSTS

The purpose of social networks is to give visibility and disseminate the activities carried out by the CONTROLLER. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policy.

Once the USER becomes a follower or has joined the CONTROLLER's social network, they may publish comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.

Any publication on the social network, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violates or is likely to violate morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or that infringes, violates, or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or the Law, is expressly prohibited. Offensive, defamatory, illegal, or inappropriate comments or content will not be tolerated on the company's profiles. The Company reserves the right to remove such comments or content and to block the responsible users.

In these cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the content, without prior notice, and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

The CONTROLLER will not be responsible for the content freely published by the USER.

The USER must bear in mind that their publications will be known by other users, so they are primarily responsible for their own privacy.

Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but they will remain on the social network.

4. DATA OF MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

It is recommended to review and read the terms of use and privacy policy of each social network at the time of registration, taking into account the different age requirements for doing so.

Likewise, the CONTROLLER shall be expressly exempted from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special needs, whose access should be under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.

The CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our social media profiles and/or our website.
