Enjoy a complete olive oil tourism experience that will allow you to understand extra virgin olive oil from its origin to the final tasting, connecting landscape, history, and production in one tour.

The visit begins at the Les Seviques mill, where you will be introduced to the project and its way of understanding agriculture and the territory. From here, you will travel to Mas de l'Illa, where you will discover how olive trees are cultivated using regenerative agriculture and how living soil becomes the basis for product quality.

The tour continues to the Mutxola estate, a place with centuries-old olive trees that will connect you with the more historical and symbolic dimension of the project, linked to Sant Enric d'Ossó and the landscape of the Ribera d'Ebre.

Back at the mill, you will discover the oil production process and how olives are transformed into a living product full of nuances. The experience concludes with a grilled lunch featuring local products and a guided tasting of several extra virgin olive oils, where you will identify the characteristics of the Arbequina and Rojal varieties, as well as their aromas, textures, and balances.

A proposal designed for people who want to go beyond a conventional visit and understand oil as an expression of the territory, fieldwork, and the producer's vision.
