At Les Seviques, we cultivate on a regenerative agriculture farm in La Terra de l'Espanyol, where the soil is alive and biodiversity is the star.
Our products are born from this environment: extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) and raw honey, made with respect and without aggressive processes.
Our EVOO, of the Arbequina variety, is hand-harvested and cold-extracted to preserve all its flavor and properties. The result is a balanced and elegant oil.
Our regenerative honey, from hives in a balanced ecosystem, maintains its aromas, enzymes, and floral nuances, with an authentic Mediterranean profile.
