You will access the Les Seviques project at the most intense and unique time of the year: the new oil campaign. A professional oleotourism experience that will allow you to discover the product in its purest state, right at the moment when the olive is transformed into oil.

The day begins with a presentation of the project and its production model, to understand the approach based on regenerative agriculture and its direct impact on the final quality of the oil. Next, you will access the working oil mill (depending on the time of the campaign), where you will see firsthand the production process and how freshly harvested olives are handled.

The experience is completed with a lunch featuring local products and a tasting of the "oil of the lightning," where you will identify the characteristics of the Arbequina and Rojal varieties in their freshest and most expressive state, with all their aromatic intensity and complexity.

A space designed for professionals who want to delve deeper into the product, understand its origin, and establish a direct connection with the producer in an intimate and specialized context.
