Tasting notes
Aroma of fresh olive shoots, with hints of chamomile and fig leaf. On the palate, it is fruity, sweet and well-balanced, with a gentle bitterness and a subtle spiciness. We detect a range of fruits such as green apple and almond, accompanied by fresh vegetables such as artichoke and tomato.
How to use it
Perfect for toast, salads, vegetables, pasta, pulses and everyday cooking. Also ideal for finishing off dishes when you’re looking for balance and freshness.
