Step into a living farm where everything is connected, and where you can discover, step by step, how food and oil are born in a real regenerative agriculture system. At Mas de l'Illa, you will stroll through the bio-intensive garden, discover the mobile chicken coop, observe biodiversity, and understand how living soil is the basis of everything produced on the farm.

You will participate in the seasonal harvest, getting your hands in the soil and connecting with the natural rhythms of the countryside. This experience will allow you to understand how fertility is built and how this same balance translates to the olive trees and, finally, to the oil.

This connection with the land is the starting point of an olive oil tourism experience, culminating in a tasting of Les Seviques extra virgin olive oil. You will discover the Arbequina and Rojal varieties, identifying their aromas, nuances, and differences, and understanding the entire journey behind each drop.
