Live a complete oleotourism experience that will allow you to understand extra virgin olive oil from its origin to the final tasting, connecting landscape, history, and production in a single tour.

The visit begins at the Les Seviques mill, where you will be introduced to the project and its way of understanding agriculture and the territory. From here, you will travel to the Mas de l'Illa, where you will discover how olive trees are worked through regenerative agriculture and how living soil becomes the foundation of product quality.

The tour continues to the Mutxola estate, a space with centennial olive trees that will connect you with the most historical and symbolic dimension of the project, linked to Sant Enric d'Ossó and the Ribera d'Ebre landscape.

Back at the mill, you will discover the oil-making process and how the olive is transformed into a living product full of nuances. The experience is completed with a grilled lunch featuring local products and a guided tasting of various extra virgin olive oils, where you will identify the characteristics of the Arbequina and Rojal varieties, as well as their aromas, textures, and balances.

A proposal designed for people who want to go beyond the conventional visit and understand oil as an expression of the territory, the work in the field, and the producer's perspective.
