The visit begins at Mas de l'Illa, where you will come into contact with the olive grove and discover how the land is worked using regenerative agriculture. Walking among the olive trees, you will understand how the soil, the climate, and the farming methods directly influence the quality of the fruit and the final profile of the oil.

Next, you will head to the Les Seviques mill, where you will see how the olive is transformed into oil and discover the different stages of the production process. You will understand what happens from the moment the olive reaches the mill until it becomes a living product, with its own aromas and nuances.

The experience is completed with a grilled lunch in a nearby setting and a guided tasting of extra virgin olive oils, where you will identify the characteristics of the Arbequina and Rojal varieties, discovering their aromas, textures, and differences.
