The acceptance of this document implies that the user:

II. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

XI. CHANGES

XII. DESISTIMIENTO

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly arranged otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund, we will be able to withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to the address of Les Seviques without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The term will be considered completed if the goods are returned before that term has ended
The product must be in its original packaging, in the same conditions in which it was delivered, without having been unsealed. Once the condition of the product you are canceling has been verified, the money will be refunded.
*Observation: The client must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Refund of money for withdrawal: All refunds for exercising the right of withdrawal will be made through the same medium that was used to pay for the buyer. No type of penalty will be applied for these reasons.
XIII. CANCELLATIONS
Bearing in mind that in Les Seviques we send the product as soon as possible, in case of cancellation and the shipment has already been made, the return costs will be borne by the buyer.
- Refund of money for cancellation: Refunds for cancellation of the purchase will be made through the same medium through which the payment was made by the buyer. No type of penalty will be applied for these reasons.
XIV. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
The purchase system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain.
In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises, the Courts and Tribunals that will hear the matter will be:
