Our Arbequina extra virgin olive oil is cold pressed to obtain the 100% from the juice of the olives using mechanical procedures. This ensures that our extra virgin olive oil maintains its nutritional properties and a unique and authentic taste.
The extra virgin olive oil of the superior category is the high quality one that has a maximum acidity of 0.8º and is obtained exclusively from mechanical procedures. The Arbequines olives used to obtain the Les Seviques products are harvested during the months of November and December, at the optimal time of ripening. This ensures an exceptional flavor and aroma.
